Get an easy overview of colleagues in the office and find out who sits where. Workspace is designed to work the way you work, and the way your colleagues work. Alone, together, for one day, a week, at the office, at home, at the café. Workspace is designed to make space for everyone to be outstanding in what they do.

The home screen of Workspace gives you access to everything you need to know about your day; which desk is yours and who else is in the office. It also gives you a quick way to book a desk (in case you forgot).
Being remote can mean a lot of different things. If you’re working from home, you are probably available for online meetings, but if you’re working from a coffee shop you might not be. Whereabouts lets users find out where their colleagues are working from, and what their availability is.
Teams who work closely together will in some cases rely on physical proximity to carry out their work. This can become increasingly difficult in a hybrid workplace where employees choose where they work from on their own. The groups feature lets you set up teams within Workspace and gives you a complete overview of your teams whereabouts on any given day. If you need everyone to be in the office at the same time, you can book desks on behalf of the entire team, making sure you’ll all be seated together.
The floor map provides users with a complete overview of the physical office – which desks are available for booking, who is seated where. And we’ve made sure it’s interactive, so you can book the desk you want directly from the map.
Users can select the language and time settings they prefer.
