Dynamic floor map integrated in the desk booking system
With the new, dynamic floor map, it's become easier than ever to get an overview of people present in the office at a glance. The floor map is 100% based on your organization's physical floor plan, depicting which desks are in use on a given day - by whom and in which department.
The map provides an immaculate overview of your office, displaying all bookable desks and their availability - green for available, red for booked.
Single Sign-On (SSO) for O365
With single sign-on, all employees in your organizations can access Workspace without having to create an account - all information will be read from the Azure AD which ensures that users are created upon first login.
Once SSO is set up, anyone who navigates to Workspace will automatically be logged in. In some cases, users may be required to log into O365 if they, for some reason, have been logged out. But in the case that they are already logged into O365, they will have direct access to Workspace.
